• Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and indoor areas. A fine of 50€ will be added to your bill if smoking is detected.
• Burning candles in hotel rooms is prohibited. A fine of 15€ will be added to your bill if this rule is violated.

• During the opening hours of Restaurant Pähkel and Lounge 13, it is possible to order food and beverages to your room by calling 000. Service fee 7€; orders of 50€ or more will be delivered to your room free of charge.
• To view the room menu, please scan the QR code with your mobile phone.
• If you are staying at the hotel for more than one night, your room will be refreshed daily. If you do not wish to receive housekeeping service, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your door.
• Daily housekeeping is not provided in guest apartments. Should you wish to request cleaning and linen change, please inform reception. Additional fee 15€.

The private sauna is located on the third floor of the hotel. The sauna includes a rooftop hot tub with views over Kuressaare’s Old Town.
One hour for up to four people costs 49€ per hour from Friday to Sunday and 39€ per hour from Monday to Thursday (each additional person 7€).

Snacks and beverages can be ordered to the private sauna by dialing 000 on the sauna’s internal phone. Consumption of outside food and drinks in the private sauna is not permitted.

Use of the water and sauna centre is complimentary for hotel guests.

The water and sauna centre features an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, Finnish saunas, aroma sauna, infrared sauna and steam sauna. The indoor pool includes multiple massage jets. A children’s pool with a safe depth of 60 cm is separated from the main pool.

Children under 14 years of age are not permitted in the water centre without adult supervision.

In the private and natural beauty world of Johan Spa Hotel, we offer treatments developed over the years, using the luxurious French spa brands Sothys and Phytomer. All hair treatments are performed with natural products by Leonor Greyl, straight from the heart of Paris.

If your plans change, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation at least two hours prior to your scheduled treatment. Otherwise, 75% of the treatment price will be charged.

Located on floor -1, the cosy sofa bar Lounge 13 welcomes you with pleasant music, delicious food and refreshing drinks. Billiards is available at 6€ per hour.

During the summer season, Lounge 13 extends into the Johan Spa inner courtyard as a summer lounge.

• Before leaving, please make sure your room door is securely locked.
• Do not allow unknown persons into your room.
• Please carry your key card with you at all times. The card confirms your right to move freely throughout the hotel. We also kindly ask you to carry the card holder provided together with your key card.
• The card holder can be used in the bars, restaurant and beauty centre to confirm that you are a hotel guest. This allows you to charge services to your room and settle the bill upon departure.
• If you lose your key card or card holder, please inform reception immediately.
• If you wish to extend your stay, please renew your key card validity at reception.
• According to the hotel’s house rules, check-out time is no later than 12:00.
• When leaving your room, please disconnect all electrical appliances by removing the room card from the power slot.
• The use of personal electric heaters, coffee machines or other similar appliances brought from outside is not permitted in the hotel.
• In case of fire or smoke detection, please inform reception immediately by dialing 000 from your room phone or +372 45 40000 from a mobile phone.
• If you hear the fire alarm or are instructed to evacuate, take your documents and leave the room following the indicated evacuation route. Close the room door behind you and proceed to the nearest exit.
• If evacuation from your room is not possible, close the door and call reception at 000 or +372 45 40000 from a mobile phone. Please inform us of your room number and the number of persons in the room.

As our guest, you accept responsibility for complying with the established house rules. You are liable for any damage, whether intentional or unintentional, caused by you or your guests in the suite or in the common areas of the suites.

Johan Suites & Spa reserves the right to claim compensation for any material damage caused by the guest. The amount of compensation will be based on the direct damage incurred, plus any additional costs related to remedying the damage.

• Please use the furniture and equipment in the suites with care.
• Please avoid causing excessive noise or otherwise disturbing other guests.
• Quiet hours begin at 23:00 and last until 07:00. Violation of quiet hours includes disturbing others through noise, light, mechanical, electronic or other means. A contractual penalty of €50 per call-out will be applied in case of violations.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A penalty of €50 may be applied for violations.
• The use of candles in the suite is prohibited. A €15 penalty will be added to your bill if this rule is violated.
• As daily housekeeping is not provided in the apartments, please note that waste may only be disposed of in the designated area. The shared waste container is located in the courtyard (near Apartment 8).
• Should you wish to request cleaning and linen change, please inform reception. Additional fee €15.
• Well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee of €15. Please ensure that you have informed us in advance.
• Children and pets must not be left unattended in the suites or common areas. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of children and pets.
• Johan Suites & Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left unattended by guests. Video and audio surveillance is in operation in the hotel’s common areas.
• Keys issued by Johan Suites & Spa (physical or electronic) may not be given to third parties.
• Upon departure, please return your room key card to reception.
