Travelling with a pet
All well-behaved pets are always welcome.
Four-legged family members are welcome at Johan Spa Hotel too. To make the stay enjoyable for you, your pet and the other guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules.
Before you arrive
Please let us know already when booking that you are coming with a pet.
The pet surcharge is 15 € / night. The surcharge helps cover the more thorough cleaning and the use of special cleaning products.
During your stay
On hotel grounds the pet must be under the owner's supervision and kept on a lead.
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or in the spa and sauna centre.
Please do not leave the pet alone in the hotel room.
No interim cleaning is done in a room while the pet is present. Please agree a suitable 2-hour time window with reception when the room can be cleaned.
Please note
The pet must be healthy and free of parasites.
The owner is responsible for the pet's cleanliness and for any possible damage caused.
If an accident happens or extra cleaning is needed, please inform the hotel staff immediately so we can resolve the situation quickly.
A 50 € fine applies if the pet is left alone in the room.
