• You can order food and beverages from restaurant Pähkel during opening hours. Please scan the Fudy QR code with your mobile phone for seeing the room menu.
• If you stay more than one night, we’ll tidy your room every day. When you don’t need your room to be cleaned, please leave the „Please do not disturb“ sign on the door.

Private sauna is located on the 3rd floor. In addition to cozy relaxation room there is a jacuzzi on the roof terrace. You can book private sauna by dialing 000 from your room phone.
One hour up to 4 people costs 38 €. Every next person 7€ per hour. You can order snacks and drinks to private sauna. It’s forbidden to bring your own food and drinks to private sauna.

Spa is opened daily from 09.00 to 22.00. Use of the spa is free for hotel clients.
Our cozy spa awaits you with Finnish saunas, sanarium and steam sauna; indoor pool with several water massage attractions and isolated pool for children, heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi.

Treatments offered at our beauty centre are developed throughout the years with special care and understanding. In order to provide exeptional treatments, we use luxurious and highly specialised French brand Sothys and eco-friendly natural Organique Spa products. All hair treatments are performed with 100% natural award-winning Leonor Greyl products from the heart of Paris. 

In case you need to cancel your treatment, do it at least 2 hours before the beginning of the procedure. When cancelling later or in case of no show we will charge 75 % of the procedure cost.
If you’re late for your procedure then the procedure time shortens correspondingly.

Buffet breakfast is served in restaurant Pähkel Mon – Fri from 7.30 to 10.00 and Sat – Sun from 7:30 to 11.00. Restaurant locates on main floor of the hotel.
It is possible to buy coffee, beverages and alcohol from the reception around the clock.

Restaurant Pähkel
In translation Pähkel means walnut. Walnut is one of the miracles of our northern nature – a delicious delicacy is hidden inside the unpretentious shell of the nut. This perfectly symbolizes the essence of our restaurant. The very same symbol is the outcome of the design of the entire restaurant – from the colours, materials and furnishings to what is served from the kitchen. But no, it’s not a restaurant that serves nut dishes, it’s a place, where pleasant stays and good service are combined with delicious Nordic food.

A cozy lounge bar on the hotel ground floor, where you can enjoy refreshing drinks and delightful dishes. There’s also a pool table, which makes relaxing with friends even more fun. Possible to play billiards 6€7hour.

• When you leave the room, check that your door is locked. Do not let any strangers to your room.
• We recommend to use safety box at reception to store valuables and documents.
• Always carry keycard and card pocket with you. It confirms your right to move freely on the hotel area.
• You can use card pocket in the bar, restaurant, spa and .beauty centre to prove that you are our guest and put charges on your room invoice to pay them all together on check out.
• If you have lost your keycard or card pocket, let receptionist know immediately.
• Guests must leave the room at the latest 22.00.
• When you leave the room, disconnect all electric devices with room card.
• It is forbidden to use electric hair blowers, coffeemakers etc. taken along.
• When you spot fire or smoke, let receptionist know immediately, dial 000 on your room phone.
• If you hear alarm or if you got signal to evacuate, then take your documents and leave the room in directed way, close the door and move towards the closest exit.
• If it is impossible to evacuate from the room, close the door, call to reception (dial 000) and announce your room number and the number of people.
