4-course menu includes:
- Amuse-bouche: Herring tartare, beetroot cream cheese, tapioca crisp
- Starter: Creamy burrata, roasted eggplant, basil, marinated cherry tomato
- Main Course: Duck fillet, potato gratin, marinated kumquat, red wine sauce, red cabbage cream
- Dessert: Vanilla mousse, salted caramel cream, caramel ice cream, candied nut
Children’s Menu (Ages 3–6):
- Starter: Potato patties, dip, mixed salad
- Main Course: Crispy chicken fillet, carrot cream, baby carrot, cheese sauce

A Special Midnight Moment! When the clock strikes twelve, dinner guests are invited to Johan Spa Hotel’s rooftop terrace to welcome the New Year with a glass of sparkling wine and enjoy a breathtaking view of the city’s fireworks.
Sofa bar Lounge 13 is opened on New Year’s 17:00 until 00:00.
Please note:
- Four-course dinner – 75€ per guest
- Children:
– Ages 0–2: free of charge (in a high chair, no separate seat at the dinner table)
– Ages 3–6: 45€
– Ages 7–14: 60€ - Children’s prices do not include the sparkling wine on the rooftop terrace.
- To ensure a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, the dinner will be served in two seatings: at 18:00 and at 21:00.
- Sofa Bar Lounge 13 will be open from 17:00 to 24:00.
- Payment is due by invoice on December 16.
