Saaremaa Restaurant Week brings spring!

We are happy to announce that this year Restaurant Pähkel will participate in the Saaremaa Restaurant Week with its a-ma-zing menu – three courses of pure pleasure!

PS. It’s worth marking Saturday, 23.03 in your calendar separately, when you can come and taste our new 12-course tasting menu!

Twelve -course tasting menu includes:


  • Smoked beef- and pork, tempura vegetables, truffle mayonnaise, blackcurrant sauce
  • House bread, chicken liver pate, cognac sauce
  • Tuna carpaccio, tonnato sauce
  • Ricotta cream soup, chicken, gnocchi
  • Fresh salad, strawberries, goats cheese
  • Peanut coated chicken burger, whiskey sauce
  • Chicken fillet, carrot gratin, white wine sauce, kohlrabi, kale
  • Marble entrecote, young potato, bearnaise sauce
  • Tempura portobello mushroom, fermented vegetables
  • Tuna steak, strawberry salsa, tonnato sauce
  • Homemade halvah, sea buckthorn, sugar web
  • Pecan pie, vanilla ice-cream

Three course menu includes:

  • APPETISER: Chicken liver pate, roasted house bread, cognac sauce, plums, apricot
  • MAIN DISH: Tuna steak, strawberry salsa, tonnato sauce
  • DESSERT: Homemade halvah, sea buckthorn, sugar web
